Hansen's Pool & Spa is looking for a motivated, outgoing Wellness Product Advisor to join our team!

We are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois since 1982. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves the excitement of a sale, and wants the opportunity to directly impact their income through performance.

As a Wellness Product Advisor, you'll help customers find the right pool, hot tub, sauna, patio furniture, or wellness product for their home and lifestyle. You'll build relationships, follow up with customers, manage sales from start to finish, and help turn their ideas into something they can enjoy for years to come.

What You'll Do

Work directly with customers in our showroom and through phone, text, chat, and other communication platforms.
Help customers find the right products for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Build and maintain relationships throughout the entire sales process.
Respond quickly and consistently to new leads and customer inquiries.
Follow up with customers and actively manage your sales opportunities.
Provide accurate product information and help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales paperwork accurately.
Manage each sale from the initial customer interaction through delivery and completion.
Work closely with our service, construction, scheduling, and operations teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our designated systems.
Help keep our showroom clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming.
Participate in product training, meetings, and other company activities.

Compensation

We believe our sales team should have the opportunity to earn based on their performance.

First 60 Days:
$20/hour + commission

This initial training period gives you the opportunity to learn our products, systems, and sales process while earning commission along the way.

After 60 Days:
$12/hour + commission

Our commission structure is designed to reward strong individual sales performance, with opportunities to increase your commission rate as your sales volume grows.

There is no cap on commission earnings.

Expected Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging 18–22 hours per week, with weekday and weekend hours varying based on the season and business needs.

Peak Season | May – September

Average 18–22 hours per week
Every Saturday
Every other Sunday
Additional weekday hours scheduled based on business needs and availability

Off-Season | October – April

Average 18–22 hours per week
Every other Saturday
Sundays closed
Additional weekday hours scheduled based on business needs and availability

Weekend availability is an essential part of this position. We are looking for someone who can reliably commit to the weekend rotation above. Specific weekday hours will be established based on showroom coverage and business needs.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but it is not required. We can teach you our products and sales process. We're looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
