Service Technician Assistant

About the Role

Hansen’s Pool & Spa is looking for a Service Technician Assistant to support our service team during the busy season. This position works alongside experienced technicians to help maintain, repair, and service pools and hot tubs for our customers.

This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team.

No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

Seasonal Schedule

• Seasonal position during peak service months

• Full-time hours may be available during the busiest part of the season

• Primarily Monday–Friday schedule

What You’ll Do

• Assist Service Technicians on customer job sites

• Help with pool openings and closings

• Support pool liner installations

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

• Help clean and prepare work areas

• Maintain tools and assist with general service tasks

• Represent the company professionally at customer homes

Who You Are

• Dependable and punctual

• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather

• Able to lift and move heavy materials

• Willing to learn and take direction

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
