About the Role

Join our team for the busy summer season at Hansen’s Pool & Spa. As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, helpful experience for customers during our peak months.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible summer hours, including students, teachers on break, or anyone seeking seasonal work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling between 10–30 hours per week
Weekend availability required beginning in May
Primarily daytime weekday hours once summer begins
Position concludes at the end of August

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
Help customers find pool and spa supplies, chemicals, and accessories
Answer basic product questions and support the sales team
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
Assist with stocking, merchandising, and keeping the store organized
Support water testing and basic customer service needs (training provided)
Maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment

Who You Are

Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Available weekends in May and consistent availability through August

Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate.
