Pool Installation Assistant

Department: Installation
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 35–45 hours per week
Seasonal Position: April through August (potentially into September, weather dependent)

About the Role

Join our installation team for the busy summer season at Hansen’s Pool & Spa. As a Pool Installation Assistant, you’ll work alongside our experienced crew to help install above-ground pools for customers throughout the area.

This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and being part of a team that builds something tangible every day.

No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with above-ground pool installations

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

• Prepare job sites and ensure safe working conditions

• Help with leveling, assembly, and installation tasks

• Maintain tools and keep work areas organized

• Represent the company professionally at customer homes

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift heavy materials regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work on a team and take direction

• Availability Monday through Friday during the season

• Construction or labor experience is helpful but not required.
