Wellness Product Advisor

About the Role
At Hansen’s Pool & Spa, we believe wellness begins at home. As a Wellness Product Advisor, you will work directly with customers who are considering a pool, hot tub, or sauna for their home. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on guiding customers through one of the most exciting investments they’ll make for their family and lifestyle.
This is not high-pressure retail. It is consultative, educational, and centered around helping customers choose the right product to enhance their home and overall wellness.
What You’ll Do
Communicate directly with customers in-store, by phone, and digitally
Guide customers through product options including pools, hot tubs, and saunas
Educate customers on features, benefits, maintenance, and long-term ownership
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up consistently throughout the decision-making process
Close sales and manage documentation
Promote after-market products including water care, accessories, and upgrades
Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain detailed customer records and pipeline activity
Who You Are
Confident and comfortable discussing high-value purchases
Naturally relationship-oriented and personable
Organized and self-motivated
Strong communicator with excellent listening skills
Sales-driven with a desire to control your own income
Weekend availability required (rotating schedule)
Experience in retail sales, customer facing role, or commission-based roles is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
Compensation & Growth
$18/hour base pay
Commission on product sales
On-target Earnings: $26–$40/hour depending on effort and performance
